Having gained his expertise in top-class restaurants, our chef sets the highest standards of gourmet cooking. Not only does he use fresh daily products, but his creativity in preparing exquisite dishes puts him on the way to perfection.
We boast of serving our customers in great style in our five beautifully restored dining rooms, with mantelpieces in rococo and neoclassical style.
The Landscape Room holds refined paintings and is decorated with several works of art, mostly oil paintings with wooden wainscoting. The many sights of unspoilt nature, involving shepherds, hunters and fisherman, call for romance. Surely you will be charmed by the splendid representation of Diana, goddess of the hunt. Furthermore on display, is a selection of pen and ink drawings from Josephine, the artistically gifted daughter of one of the former owners, Gilbert-Henri Claes.
The restaurant has been restored with great care for authentic authenticity.
In this stylish setting you may savour the delicacies of our exquisite cuisine. The kitchen is open seven days a week, but not on Saturday noon.
